The attached document will allow you to paste with properly formated text in two column format. I used it to copy all of the relavent information from the 4e Player's Guide for my character Talliador. Some of you had expressed interest in it, so here it is! It is not provided as a Word document. Word is expensive and sucks. Download some quality free software and use OpenOffice. Feel free to convert it on your own if you want it in a dead end proprietery format :).
